As a teenager, Casella made his screen debut in the children’s show Don’t Look Now! (1983), which was produced by WGBH-TV in Boston, Massachusetts. His next major role was in the animated series Cro (1993-94), where he played the title character – Cro. He also starred in another animated series, The Adventures of Hyperman (1994-95), in which he lent his voice to the role of the breeding puppy.
