Sara Piana – Biography
Sara Heimisdóttir, the fitness model, was born on July 4, 1989, in Reykjavik, Iceland. When she was growing up she was quite a lively young girl, which made her popular with many people. She was and still is passionate about modeling; so Sara Piana started her career as a model at the age of 12. While working as a model at such a young age, she also created plenty of space for herself to express herself even more through singing and dancing.
As Sara Piana grew older, she joined social media, especially Instagram (Sara.ice.queen), where she started publishing pictures in September 2012. Piana posted fitness photos, sometimes accompanied by inspiring quotes, or the quotes sometimes came by themselves.

From Instagram, Sara Piana ventured to YouTube, where she now runs a different account than her ex-husband. On the video-sharing platform, she makes videos of her training sessions and uploads them. The About section of the channel says that the channel is her main YouTube channel since all other channels are fake. The channel was launched on October 20, 2015, and has accumulated thousands of video views and a commendable number of subscribers. In addition, the channel also has videos that she has made in the past about her life experiences and the things she has learned from them.
Sara Piana has not worked in isolation during her career. She has worked hard enough to train alongside celebrity bodybuilders like Mike O’Hearn, and more will follow.

As already indicated, Sara Piana had a man in her life, but no more. Her husband was not just a man like any other, but one who understood the demands of her career as a fitness model, since he, Rich Piana, was both a fitness model and a YouTuber.
Rich Piana and Sara Piana got married sometime in 2015, but by November 2016 the couple was already divorced. Rich accused Sara of marrying him primarily because she wanted to obtain the United States, Green Card. He also accused her of stealing from him, whereupon her marriage was annulled. After this annulment Rich got back into a relationship with his first wife – the fitness model Chanel Jansen
On August 11, 2017, a tragedy struck Rich. He collapsed and hit his head while he was having his hair cut by Jansen. When paramedics arrived at his home, they reportedly found white powder and an inhalation tube. They suspected that Rich may have taken an overdose of the substance and gave him an anti-drug overdose. They also found that he was not breathing properly, but after some time he managed to recover his breathing. At that time, after a long period of oxygen deficiency, the brain damage had already started in his brain. At the hospital, he was put into an artificial coma, which lasted for many days, but unfortunately, Rich Piana did not survive. He died on August 25, 2017, at the age of 46 years.

Facts About Rich Piana’s Ex-Wife – Sara
- Family – Father
Although we do not know much about her parents, a video she posted on her Twitter handle @saraicequeen on June 18, 2018, had the fitness model wishing her father a happy Father’s Day. The post read: “HAPPY FATHER’S DAY – CHRIS MILLER – LOVE YOU – FATHERLY LIFE”. If you look at the pictures of the man in the video, it seems that Sara Piana’s father is also a bodybuilder.

Apart from her love for fitness, Sara Piana has listed one more thing she loves about animals. On her Instagram handle, she described herself as an animal lover. Looking briefly through the various contributions she has made, we discovered several pictures she took with a white Chihuahua. However, in the last pictures she posted of herself and the dog, she explained that she missed her furry friend. This suggests that the dog might have crossed the rainbow.
